This is best way found to prop by son up during night to help relive reflux. You can put it at different positions in the cot to alter incline. When at its steepest incline we used with sleep wrap to stop him rolling to the bottom of the cot. Over time we have gradually moved it back along cot so incline less.

It's not as steep as I thought it would be ..., 24 Sept. 2015

It's not as steep as I thought it would be but I guess that's because you don't want baby sleeping on a hill! I actually returned this unopened (don't remove the plastic until you're very sure!) because by the time it came I was making do with an old pillow under the matress and it was slightly too big for the crib (chicco next to me). I think this could give relief to babies with congestion (like mine) or reflux but my only advice would be to be sure of the measurement and if you're actually going to need it. It cost me half the price of the product to send it back and it weighs next to nothing :(
