This Raincover Is Designed To Fit The Techno Xt Stroller & Is Universal For Similar Size Strollers PVC complies to EN71 Euro standards. PVC has UVA protection and is 240 micron thick and not 180 micron which is normally used on cheap imported rain covers or plastic. Better than the Maclaren Original, 28 Oct. 2011

We bought this cover because we weren't prepared to pay three time the amount for the Maclaren one which we thought was poorly designed as with a little bit of rough treatment from our nearly 2 year old pushing it when it was on the pushchair it split around the top edge where it hooked onto the hood.

Now the weather is turning less pleasant we had to get a replacement and decided to go for this one over the Maclaren.

We've had it a week now and we feel it is better than the Maclaren one, it provides the same cover as the original one but it covers the entire hood and has a really thoughtful touch in that there is a flap on the back that covers up the pockets on the back of the pushchair giving all round protection from the rain.

The fastening at the wheel end is slightly more fiddly in that it has elasticated straps rather than a push on fixing hole like that on the original one and it doesn't fold as flat as the original one but these are not really...

Great product much better than the maclaren, 5 Nov. 2012
Covers the whole pushchair much better than the Maclaren one, a lot cheaper too !! I would recommend this product to anyone looking for a rain cover replacement .

Good fit for MacLaren Techno XT, 16 Oct. 2013
This rain cover fits well on my MacLaren Techno XT and is much better than the cover that came with the pram. It covers the top, sides and back of the pram and is easy to get on and off. It's also a good durable material. It's a little bulky when folded and does take up a lot of the storage space in the bottom of the pram, but is worth having.
