The best thing about this seat is that as it has no sealed cushion part, a good wash means it more clean than the cushioned ones (we replaced one as the cushion was beginning to widen at the seal and was a concern regarding hygine.The seat fits well on the seat and allows the obvious to fall without touching the sides (again bit of an issue with the cushioned one we had)The seat also matches the Ikea footstool we have , as well the bathroom suite and grips the toilet seat well with the rubber bit.It does have a hard seat, yet children at some point will need to accept not all toilets have cushions.

Love this seat , I know it's more expensive than actually going to IKEA , but we love 1hr away from nearest one so it's easier to order from here and save time and petrol... and my waste line from the meatballs and dime bar cake .It grips the toilet seat so tightly my son 18months loves sitting on it and we read books while he's sat,, so he's normally sat on it for 10 min and he's never complained always happy .

Fantastic product! Safe, Sturdy and easy to use! My son is 2 yrs and 8 months and this is a good size for him and I think it would be fine for him as he grows bigger.
