We have been using this for about 6 months with our baby.
We decided to get a video unit as with our audio one (low quality BT thing) we didn't know if our daughter was waking up or just having a little cry in her sleep. So we would go in to check an actually wake her up (arrg). The video really help as you can have a good nose first.
The camera is good, works well at night in nigh vision mode. The image quality is good, and lets us know if our baby is just rolling over, or actually sat up and wanting attention.
There is a tiny green light on the side (power light) and it uses infra red leds to illuminate the cot. Overall, there is very little ambient light that would wake the baby up.
The pan tilt is good, although the tilt needs a small bit of card under the camera so it can peer down into the cot. The zoom is digital and not good. PTZ is good as our daughter tends to move around the cot a lot in her sleep, so we can reposition the...

I'm really happy with this product, the quality is really very good for this kind of product.
Starting with the camera I love the Pan/Tilt system. Is really spectacular been able to handle the camera remotely to get a wide view.
The camera needs to be always connected to electric power, a suggestion for a future version would be the possibility of using a battery, however I dont know if it would be technically possible.
The camera also includes infrared which lets you see the room completely dark, i tested and liked what I saw.
The quality of the microphone is also very good, we could easily see and hear the noise of our baby even with other equipment in same room turned on like TV.
The monitor includes a battery which is very good because we can be anywhere in the house, to see and hear what's going on with our baby. From what I have experienced I can be in any place across the house, however if i'm too far away I notice some lag,...
