Q1: The nozzle doesn't fit, I can't use the pump.
A: The inserted white plug (air stopper) on the hopper must be removed first! Inflation Instruction:
Step 1: Take out the inserted white plug (air stopper) from the hopper belly
Step 2: Insert the tip of the pump into the mouth (built-in variable aperture)
Step 3: Pumping the hopper to proper size
Step 4: Quickly replace the white plug back into the hole to stop air leak. Done!

My four year old grandson thought this was fantastic. He is very small for his age so it may not fit an average four year old, but it's robust and comes with its own pump and a spare plug for the air hole. It's a little tricky to get the pump out and the plug in before the air escapes, but if you slightly over inflate to begin with it will be just right by the time you've fixed the plug in. Would happily buy another.

Brilliant quality, great price and prompt delivery. Well packaged and great hand pump making this quick and easy to pump up! We got this as a present but my daughter had to test it out and LIVED it! Great hopper for inside as it has more balance than traditional round ones! Would also be fab outdoors. Would definitely recommend and will most likely be buying another one soon!

a fun alternative space hopper. I love the colour and cloud design and of course the fact its a cow, it also seems very good quality, the rubber is thick, both my 1 year old and my 4 year old play with it so it is quite robust and I like the fact it comes with its own pump so it is very easy to inflate.
