DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. MINE FELL APART AFTER 2 MONTHS USE WITH MY LITTLE ONE. WHAT MAKES IT WORSE IS THE TERRIBLE POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM MOTHERANDBABY. THEY DON'T EVEN HAVE FAITH IN THEIR OWN PRODUCT AS ONCE THE PRODUCT BREAKS THEY LET YOU KNOW IT ONLY HAD A SHORT WARRANTEE.I WILL BE TAKING THEM TO THE SMALL CLAIMS COURT TO GET MY MONEY BACK AS THE PRODUCT IS POOR AND THE SERVICE IS EVEN POORER. BUY A BETTER QUALITY ONE FROM THE LOCAL CHEAP BAG STORE OR MARKET - BETTER PRODUCT AND BETTER SERVICE. IF I COULD SCORE MINUS STARS I WOULD THE PRODUCT IS THAT POOR.AVOID!!!!

I ordered this particular changing bag mainly because it was the one with the largest measurements I could find and it certainly doesn't disappoint. Very large and easily able to fit everything you could possibly need in, plus it's very light.Delivery was very prompt, arriving a day before I expected and the item was safely packaged.My only criticism is that when the bag arrived it smelt horrible! But I couldn't decide if that was to do with it being stored next to something smelly or just the smell of the waterproof fabric. Either way after being left to air for a few days the smell is nearly gone.

broken zip and straps after 6 months!, 27 July 2017
Got this bag while I was pregnant..... initially I was extremely impressed with the layout of the bag seeing as you have to carry a lot for a new baby! After approx 6 months usage the main zip has broken and the side handle that holds the main strap is broken too! Paying £30 pounds for a baby bag I was expecting a better quality bag! I am thoroughly disappointed and now I have to buy another bag! Extremely disappointed!!
