Inaccurate but excellent customer service, 8 Sept. 2017
It consistently gives a measurement of 1 degree higher. I've tested this on myself and my husband, when we were both feeling fine and compared with our previous thermometer. According to this we both had elevated temperatures - when we clearly (and confirmed by our old thermometer) didn't.Addendum: 24h after posting this review I was contacted by the customer service and was offered a full refund without have to return the product. They were most professional and I have improved my review accordingly.
