Nicely presented professional scissors.They come presented in a branded zip up case.They feel robust and well made from stainless steel.Cutting action is smooth and tight.The cutting scissors have a suitably sharp cutting edge.The thinning scissors have evenly spaced tags.A little heavier than some.Tension adjustment is a little fiddly.Overall these represent good value.These were review items I was happy to give my views on.

OK Product - but not for big hands., 29 Jan. 2016

Having been requested to review these Professional Barber Haircutting Scissors, I agreed to give it a go.

The product arrived in a polythene bag, which contained a black faux leather zippered case which serves

as a protective cover.

The scissors are made from a good quality, polished stainless steel and look designer made, having an

adjustable tension screw to allow for tighter blades and with a detachable finger rest.

I had obviously missed the point in the advert about the " removable rubber finger inserts" in the handles

for I immediately found it difficult to insert my thumb into the thumb hole. My partner, however, found them

to be an easy fit for her hand and said that they were very comfortable for her.

After removing the rubber inserts, I still found it difficult to insert more than the tip of my thumb into the

finger holes in order for them to feel workably comfortable, and even then, my thumb kept slipping out.

5 cutting and see how that works for thicking hairs for my friend since my friend would like me to cut his hair, 26 Jan. 2016

I am not a pro at cutting hairs nor have I have the techniques to do it. But recently to save money, I would want to cut my own hair and not go to a barber. SO I thought this pair of scissors could help me. After receiving them yesterday, I got the 5.5 cutting (without noknowing what that means) and I cut my own hair. Surprisingly enough, it really works and now my hair is looking short as ever how I wanted them to be. I am thinking of getting the 6.5 cutting and see how that works for thicking hairs for my friend since my friend would like me to cut his hair.
