    I have been taking with on a daily basis together with chlorella and a supergreens mix. I actually take a whole tablespoon of this with half a tablespoon of spirulina and 5g of supergreens, probably much higher than average (due to my medical requirements) so my mixture is like a thick paste and smells and tastes vile. However, as they say that if you have something you do not like at least 13 times you get used to it, I am. I dilute it with Orange juice to a consistency that I can drink quickly and easily and this makes it more palatable. I also use one of those sports protein shakers to ensure that all the powder is mixed in, nothing worse than getting a gooey lump in the mixture!

    Anyway, so far, my monthly bloods have been a little improved in the white blood cell department. I am also hoping for an improvement in the neutrophils. I have only been taking this for a month but already feel more energetic and generally better than before. My skin is definitely better and not as dry as before.

    Apart from the taste, from the research the I have done, it seems a good quality powder and I am happy with it.

    Das Algenpulver hat die typische "Algenfarbe". Schon beim lesen der Nährwertangaben müssten jedem mit etwas Ahnung von gesunder Ernährung die Glückstänen in den Augen stehen! Ich kenne kein vergleichbares Lebensmittel, da solche spitzen Nährwerte liefert (ausgenommen die Chlorella Alge, welche ca vergleichbar wäre).
    Leider riecht und schmeckt das Pulver genau so, wie die Farbe schon andeutet...nach Algen, und das sehr intensiv. Ich habe einen EL in meinen 500ml Smoothie (ansonsten waren da hauptsächlich Orange, Zitrone und Mangold drin) getan und konnte ihn anschließend nicht mehr bis zu Ende trinken weil der Geschmack so gar nicht der Meine ist!
    Natürlich erhählt das Produkt trotzdem 5 Sterne, mein Geschmack steht hier ja nicht zur Diskussion!

    Der Geruch ist eben wie Algen, ich finde es ist ähnlich zu Sushi Algen, also komm ich gut damit zurecht. Ich trinke jeden Tag Grüne Smoothies mit 1 EL Spirulina, geht total klar, schmeckt super zu gefrorener Ananas und Kokosmilch und Spinat, bisschen Ingwer rein und man schmeckt davon garnichts mehr. Man kann sich’s auch einreden, aber ich fühl mich seit dem tatsächlich besser am Morgen, was bestimmt auch an den Früchten liegt, aber wenn man sich besser fühlt wieso sollte man es nicht machen, ist ja nicht schädlich wenn man es nicht übertreibt.
